SunSmart has developed a range of merchandise to support initiatives promoting sun safety awareness and behaviour. Buy SunSmart branded frisbees, stickers, hats, UV sensitive drink bottles, volleyballs and other great merchandise from the Health Sponsorship Council (HSC) merchandise website (HSC administers this website, leads the SunSmart mass media campaign, and contributes to other sun safety promotion activities and partnerships).
SunSmart Fact Pack
A one-stop guide to being SunSmart. Simple and easy to use, this resource contains a wealth of information about sun protection. It will give you an all-round understanding of the benefits and risks associated with sun exposure – and how to enjoy the sun safely.
The SunSmart Fact Pack is ideal for anyone wanting to help individuals and organisations keep New Zealanders safe in the sun. Use this resource in your work with media, local authorities, sports trusts and clubs, venue managers, employers, educational providers and others.
SunSmart poster and flier
Supports the current SunSmart mass media campaign, ‘Never let your child get sunburnt’. This campaign talks to parents and caregivers with the aim of reducing the incidence of sunburn in children (as sunburn at a young age can lead to melanoma later in life).
